Powershell script to detect .Net Core Web Hosting bundle installed



I got hold of a script that helps me to check if .net core web hosting bundle is installed, saves me alot of time. :)

The .NET Core Web Hosting bundle installs the arzhost .NET Runtime and ASP.NET Core Module for IIS integration. It enables running ASP.NET Core apps on IIS efficiently.

llama cpp running it in google colab
