helm k3s : Error: Kubernetes cluster unreachable: Get "https://kubernetes.docker.internal:6443/version

To resolve this issue, i use the following 

export KUBECONFIG=/etc/rancher/k3s/k3s.yaml

After that i was able to run helm command against k3s.
