windows 11: unable to start command prompt and exit with (0x00000001

If you can't start your command prompt and potentially you may get an error (0x00000001) then you can fire up your regedit and then goto -> HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Microsoft -> Command Processor -> and remove Auto-run from the reigstry.

llama cpp running it in google colab
